FAQ

FAQ

Everything you always wanted to know about elevating scaffolding, but didn't know who to ask.

Q: Why are so many mason contractors buying Non-Stop?

A: Speed. When your masons keep laying instead of hopping planks, and the wall is always waist-high, they can't help but lay more units.

Q: How much more production will Non-Stop give me?

A: At the absolute minimum, you'll get 20 percent more units in the wall. Our customers tell us they actually get much more, but 20 percent was proven in a government study.

Q: So that means Non-Stop will increase my profit by 20 percent?

A: NO! Non-Stop cuts your labor costs by at least 20 percent. That saves you a dollar amount about equal to the profit you've got plugged into the job, doubling your profit.

Q: Just what will it cost me?

A: Less than you think. You can own 400 feet of Non-Stop for less than you're paying one mason every month.

Q: Conservatively, how long will it take us to completely pay for our Non-Stop scaffolding after we buy it?

A: Our customers tell us Non-Stop pays for itself in about five months. Even if they are way off, wouldn't a year still be absolutely fabulous?

Q: Who trains my crew?

A: Non-Stop does. A factory rep arrives with the scaffolding to completely train your men and put an OSHA card in their wallet. He doesn't leave until you say so. He gives them a test that's in the back of the manual so you can PROVE to OSHA they are competent.

Q: Conservatively, how long will it take to set-up for the typical job?

A: The very first wall takes about half the time it would take for frames. After that, Non-Stop moves from wall to wall with your forklift in a quarter of the time for frames.

Q: What about cut-up work?

A: Glad you asked. The other systems work best on long, straight walls. Non-Stop was designed by a mason contractor specifically for cut-up work. We'll show you two techniques for inside and outside corners to set up Non-Stop on saw-tooth walls just as fast as a straight wall.

Q: What'll we do with our old frames?

A: Keep them. You'll still need frames on about 10 percent of your work. Besides, they'll disappear by themselves eventually.

Q: Before we buy it, can we sort of test-drive it first?

A: Absolutely. Call us about rent-to-own and try-before-you-buy.

Q: Are there any advantages in those expensive motorized mast-climbing systems?

A: Our customers who own them say they are great for long, straight walls over 40 feet high. If that's the bulk of your work, and you don't mind spending three times the money or more, they might be right for you. Basically, Non-Stop will go everyplace they can go, but they can't go half the places Non-Stop can go. Like cut up work, radius walls, sawtool walls, pilasters, insets, bump-outs, etc. And Non-Stop's profitable starting at only 12 feet high.

Q: How long has Non-Stop been making adjustable scaffolding?

A: Since 1976.

Q: If we ever have a question (or even the slightest kind of problem), how long will it be till you take care of it?

A: As fast as FedEx can get there. If it ever breaks, we fix it free - including freight - forever.

Q: And if we're not completely happy in Every Way... will you take it back?

A: Yes. But you'll be the first.

Q: What about safety?

A: Our customers say their OSHA problems went away after getting Non-Stop. And if OSHA ever comes out to your job and has a concern, call us on your cell phone and hand it to the compliance officer.

Q: What's the right job for Non-Stop?

A: Any job. Seriously. It's a common misconception that elevating scaffolding is for straight walls. Not Non-Stop. We designed it for cut-up work. Put it on a job in progress; then you'll have an apples-to-apples comparison of how Non-Stop stacks up to your frames.

Think all day, every wall, every job.

Q: How easy is it to transport from job to job?

A: Any 18-foot trailer will do the job. We'll show you how. You won't need 10,000-lb. lifts and 18-wheelers like the other systems.
